WYCKOFF- Funeral services were held Saturday for Mrs. Gladys Julia Patton of Vero Beach, Fla., a former resident of Wyckoff for many years, who died Thursday in Atlanta, Ga.
A native of Paterson, Mrs. Patton was a member of the Wyckoff Reformed Church and an active volunteer at the Christian Health Care Center.
She served as a nurses aide during World War II.
Her grandfather, the late Christian Braun, was a former Mayor of Paterson.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Mrs. Jacqueline Duran of Jackson, Ga., and three grand-aunts, all of Wyckoff.
Her husband, Everett, died in 1973.
Funeral arrangements were handled by the Vander Plast Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave. Interment was in the Wyckoff Reformed Church Cemetery.
