Dr. Jose S.Sáenz
Dr. Jose S. Sáenz, 78, former Consul in Los Angeles for 25 years for Panama, Cuba and the Dominican Republic, died yesterday in Guadalajara, Mexico according to word received here by his widow Pilar. Dr. Sáenz, in retirement, had been dividing his time in recent years between Guadalajara and Los Angeles. His death followed a heart attack. Besides his widow he leaves 12 children.
