BAILEYVILLE - John H. "Jack" Hunninghake, 69, Baileyville, died Tuesday in a Seneca hospital where he had been a patient since Feb. 14. He had a heart ailment.
He was born May 4, 1902 north of Baileyville and spent most of his life in the Baileyville community. He was a member of Sacred heart Catholic Church at Baileyville.
He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was the freight agent at Baileyville about 20 years and later was employed by the Baileyville Feed Company.
Survivors include 2 half-brothers, Leo Hunninghake, Kansas City, Mo. and Henry Hunninghake, Corning; and a half-sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Kongs, Kansas City, Mo.
Services will be Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at Baileyville.
