Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Community Worship Center in Perryton with the Rev. Michael Waterbury officiating. Burial will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Park Cemetery in Dalhart by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton.
Sandy was born June 30, 1959, in Guymon, Okla. She married Michael Kipker on April 26, 1983, in Clayton, N.M.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Holly Pounds of Lubbock and Kate Kipker of Perryton; a son, Coy McKay of Amarillo; her father, Buddy Lowe of Enid, Okla.; two sisters, Kim Rattler and Tammy Allred, both of Perryton; and two grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Crohn's Disease, 386 S. Park Ave., 17th floor, New York, NY 10016; or Ochiltree Hospice Volunteers, 3101 Garrett Drive, Perryton, TX 79070.
