Rev. Jordan was a native of Holley, Florida and a life long resident of Santa Rosa County, He was pastor of Midway House of Faith. Rev. Jordan was preceded in death by his sons, Douglas, Dorman Jr. and Jason Jordan.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Rev. Bama Jordan; son, Jonathan William Jordan; daughters, Tammy (Haley) Walters and Connie (Tim) Harris; brother, Johnny (Kay) Salter; sisters, Pat Anthony, Barbara Schofield, Sandra Salter, Joann Salter and five grandchildren.
Funeral service for Rev. Jordan will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday April 2, 2009 at Lewis Funeral Home, Navarre Chapel. with Rev's Warren Drake and Mike Chambers officiating. Burial will follow in the Rogers Cemetery, Midway, FL. Lewis Funeral Home, Navarre Chapel directing.
Friends may call on the family at Lewis Funeral Home, Navarre Chapel from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday.
