CUBA -- Anna A. Benyshek, 91, Cuba, died Monday, Feb. 8, 1999, at a Belleville hospital.
She was born Jan. 30, 1908, near Cuba, the daughter of Thomas and Emma Cherney Celoud.
Mrs. Benyshek was a member of the Junior Eagle Lodge, Beebe Club, Republic County Czech Group, Cuba Czech Singers, Cuba Senior Citizens, Cuba Ladies Aid and Quilters Group.
She was married to Edward W. Benyshek on Feb. 18, 1930. He survives.
Other survivors include a son, Eugene Benyshek, Cuba; a daughter, Doris Kauer, Cuba; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Benyshek was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Janet Kauer, and a grandson, Darrell Benyshek.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Presbyterian Church at Cuba.
Burial will be in Kopsa Cemetery near Cuba.
