Crofton-Tim Guenther, 32, fromerly of Crofton, took his own life Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2005, at his residence in Omaha.
The funeral will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Crofton with the Rev. Joseph Broudou officiating. Burial will in the the parish cemetery.
Wintz Funeral Home in Crofton is in charge of
arrangements.
Pallbearers are Ben Kaiser, Ross Kaiser, Will Sanger, Marv Wiese, Doug Arens, Rod Cahoy, Larry Potts and Leon Wiese. Honorary Pallbearers are Ross Thomsen, Mike Kollars, Ryan Kuehler, Jeff Guenther, Tim Allen, Tom Allen, Brad Sufficool, Amy King, Dave Boecker, Beth Nelson, Sarah Haas, Nick Haas and Ron Preissler.
He was born May 22, 1973, at Yankton SD to Eugene and Kayleen (Kaiser)Guenther. He grew up in the Aten area and attended Aten School and St. Rose Catholic School. He graduated from Crofton High School in 1991 and Southeast Community College in 1992. After graduation he moved to Nevada, MO, where he worked for 3M CO.
On January 8, 1994, he married Tami Allen in Crofton. They moved to Fremont, and he worked for 3M at Valley. He had recently moved to Omaha.
Survivors include his wife Tami Guenther of Crofton; a daughter, Jenna, and two sons, Jacob and Jaxon, all of Crofton; mother and stepfather, Kay and Larry Haas of Yankton; father and stepmother, Gene and Cindy Guenther of Yankton; a brother, Troy of Jacksonville, Florida; grandmother, Florence Kaiser of Crofton; two stepsisters, Beth Nelson and Sarah Haas, both of Yankton SD; and a stepbrother, Nick Haas of Glendale,Arizona.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Fred and Madeline Guenther; and maternal grandfather, Andrew Kaiser.
