Marion- Services for Paul J. Alberts, 59, of Marion will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Fosnaught Funeral Home in Marion. Rev. Donald Fry will preside. Mr. Alberts died Thursday evening in Mercy Hospital. He was born Feb. 27, 1922 in Marion Township in Osceola County. Mr. Alberts was employed as a mechanic, repairing small engines. He also was a W.W. II U.S. Army veteran. Mr. Alberts is survived by two sons, Paul J. Alberts Jr. of Plymouth and Sheldon Alberts of Florida; two daughters, Janet Stachowski and Janice Lewey both of Florida; two brothers, Henry and Andrew Alberts of Marion; one sister, Almedia Slater of Plymouth; and 10 grandchildren. Burial is in Greenwood Cemetery in Marion. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. tonight and until services on Saturday at the Fosnaught Funeral Home.
