"Fremont, Wis. - Albert Klemp, 69, a lifelong resident of the town of Caledonia died suddenly Sunday afternoon. He and relatives were visiting in the afternoon at Wolf River and on their way home Mr. Klemp was stricken with a heart attack and died before reaching home.

"He was born in the town of Caledonia Oct. 11, 1885, the son of Albert Klemp and Louise Krenke Klemp. He was married Nov. 21, 1900, to Miss Martha Bruss. He served as treasurer and deacon of the Zion Lutheran church of Caledonia for many years and in the absence of the pastor, he often read the Sunday sermons at the church.

"Survivors are the widow, five sons and four daughters, John of Butte des Morts, Erwin of Matrison, Ill, Henry, Arnold and Anton Klemp at home: Mrs. Edwin Danke of Dale, Mrs. W. C. Schaffer, town of Caledonia, and the Misses Louise and Hilda at home. Also surviving is one brother and two sisters, the Rev. Henry R. Klemp of Osseo, Minn, Mrs. Reinhold Frederick of Clintonville, and Mrs. August Krenke of Fremont, and 10 grandchildren.

"Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the home and at 2 o'clock at Zion Lutheran church. The Rev. E. A. Schmidt, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran church of Fremont will officiate. Burial will be in the Caledonia cemetery."
