The funeral for Gary K. Greiner will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, 6210 N.E. Hwy. 65, in Fridley, Minn.

Gary Kevin Greiner, 49, of Fridley, died Saturday (May 2, 2009) at his home.

He was born July 15, 1959, in Rochester, and was a 1977 graduate of John Marshall High School. On Feb. 12, 1994, he married Lori Ann Witcpalek in Fridley.

Mr. Greiner was owner of Ashland Enterprises. His special interests were the Vikings and the Twins, snowmobiling, softball, and his pets.

He is survived by his wife; his parents, Janet and Robert Jensen of Rochester; three sisters, Lori (James) Peesker of Arden, N.C., Karen (Daniel) Sedor of Lincoln, Neb., and Susan Bjugan of Asheville, N.C.; a stepbrother, Martin (Karen) Jensen of Rochester; stepsisters, Pamela (Lonnie) Wobig of Rochester and Kimberly Jensen of Troy, Ohio; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, and an hour before the service Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society or the Animal Humane Society in Wyoming, Minn.
