Paul J Studer, 89, died May 11, 2009, at Exceptional Living Center, Brazil, Indiana. He was born 30 Oct 1919 in St. Henry to Peter and Emma Behrens Studer. He married Marie Dahlinghaus in 1946 and she died in 1987. Surviving are a son Ronald and wife Terry, Celina; two sisters, Dorothy Wilker, Celina, and Wilma Wynk, Osgood, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Deceased are two brothers, Raymond and Teddy; and a daughter, Diane Lewis.
Paul retired from the former Martz Cabinet, Celina, and served 50 years as color guard for the Celina High School football games. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and its Knights of Columbus, Celina, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion and Loyal Order of Moose Lodge, all in Celina. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army. Military rites and funeral services were 15 May 2009 with interment at St Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina, Ohio.
