Pemberton restauranteur Rosallia Minnie Alma Lust, 84, died Wednesday, December 10, 1998, at the Mapleton Community Home.
Services were held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 2, 1999 at Medo Lutheran Church in Medo township, Blue Earth County, the rev. Jean Megorden officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Lust was born May 17, 1914, to Frank and Marie (Holtz) Maass in rural Mapleton. She graduated from Pemberton High School. She married Virgil J. Lust June 15, 1938, at Medo Lutheran Church. She operated the Village Inn Café in Pemberton for many years and worked in food service of Pemberton Elementary School until retiring in 1984. She was a member of the Medo Lutheran Church and its ladies aid.
Mrs. Lust is survived by three daughters, Shirley of her husband, Dave Owen, of Mankato, Leta and her husband, Tony Alleven, of rural Winnebago and Helen Malecha of Pemberton; 12 grandchildren; ret-grandchildren, two sisters and their husbands, Elenora and Alvin Hawker of St. lair and Mildred and Reuben Dahlberg of Mankato nd nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, one infant daughter, one son, one brother and one sister.
