Mrs. Margaret Gittlein, 74, 319 East Campbell, died Thursday evening at St. Elizabeth’s hospital after a two and on half year illness. Her husband died Jan. 31, 1951.
Born July 19, 1890 in Russia, she has been a Hutchinson resident since 1946. Member Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
Survivors, daughters, Edith Gittlein, 319 East Campbell, Mrs. Mary Weilert, Leoti; sons, Alex, Leoti, Jake, Denver, Joseph 228 West 9th, Adam 319 East Campbell; brother, Alex Amrein (see below), Victoria; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral 9:30 a.m. Monday, Our Lady of Guadalupe Church; Rev. Francis Cox. Burial Memorial Park Cemetery. Rosary 8 p.m. Sunday, Johnson and Sons Chapel.
