In 1915 Frank married Ruth Schulte, b. Feb 1894, daughter of William and Lucy Schulte. In February 1918, Ruth died at Providence Hospital in Detroit. She is buried in St. Olivet Cemetery, section 45, tier (row) 8, grave 316, Detroit, Michigan.
In Detroit, on April 21, 1924, Frank married Maria "Mary" Niedrich, b. October 1893 in Munson, Clearfield Co., Pennsylvania, the daughter of Gustav "Gus" and Maria "Mary" (Turik) Niedrich.
Their son Jack Gasdorf was born in 1924 in Detroit.
Mary died of peritonitis at St. Mary's Hospital in Detroit on June 25, 1927. She is buried at Grand Lawn Cemetery, Sec. 13, Lot 28, Gr 17, Detroit, Wayne Co, Michigan.
In 1930 Frank, Sr. married Jewell McMunn. Their son Frank, Jr. was born in 1931.
Frank, Sr. was a police sergeant in Detroit. He died in January 1976 at the Veterans Hospital in Allen Park, Michigan from complications due to a fall.
Son Jack died of cancer at his home in Phoenix on October 14, 1978. He is buried in the military section of Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, Phoenix, Maricopa Co., Arizona. He was survived by his former wife Verna, and their four children: Terry, Jill, Roger and Brian, and present wife Cristela.
