On 4 September 1884, Sine married Carl Emil Nielsen in Silver City, Sanpete, Utah. In 1892, they moved to the Mormon Colonies in Mexico until 1912 when the Mexican Revolution forced them to flee back to the United States. In 1916, they were able to move back to Mexico.
Carl Emil and Sine Oline Nielsen had eleven children:

Around 1943, Sine moved in to live with her daughter, Clea Emily, and family in Mesa, Maricopa, Arizona.
On 13 April, 1951, Sine died of heart failure in Wasco, Kern, California and was brought to the City of Mesa Cemetery in Mesa, Maricopa, Arizona to be buried.
