Mrs. Florence Gladys Hays, 30, died at her home, rural route No. 3 on Highway No. 61, at 11:50 Monday night following an illness of three weeks.
She was born at Fairport, Dec. 30, 1900, the daughter of Elmer and Elvina Dusenberry Reeves. She was married to Charles E. Hays in Muscatine 13 years ago.
Surviving are her husband; three children, Mary Elizabeth, 2; Edward, 8; and Lloyd Wilson, 6; one brother, Van Reeves; one sister, Mrs. Ella Martin, both of Muscatine Island.
The body was taken to the Fairbanks Home for Funerals where it will remain for services at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon.
