Steven R. Petry, a longtime resident of Levittown, Pa., passed away at his home on Sunday, June 7, 2009. He was 58 years of age.
Steven was preceded in death by his loving parents, Elaine and Richard Petry, and his older sister, Susan Davis.
Steve was born in Philadelphia. He was a resident of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. for many years.
Steve was an avid gardener. He lived with his mother and tended their yard and gardens. Steve also enjoyed the beach. Many summers he entertained his many nieces and nephews with his sand art.
He will be sadly missed by his surviving sisters, Ellen C. Dasch, and her two children, George Dasch and Katherine Dasch; Virginia "Ginger" L. Thompson, her husband, James, and their children, Virginia "Ginger" L. Thompson, her husband James and their children., Melanie Thompson and Jaime Geringswald and her husband, Keith; and Carolyn E. Lynch, her husband, Patrick, and their children, Jennifer Postma and her husband, Peter, and their son, Oliver Postma, Patrick Lynch, Jr. and Richard Lynch.
He will also be sadly missed by his niece, Tina Davis; and his nephew, Timothy Davis, his wife Yari, and their children, Richard Davis, Susan Davis and Joshua Davis.
