WENATCHEE _ Ray W. Brewer, 75, of Wenatchee, died Tuesday, Aug. 10, 1993, in Central Washington Hospital.

He was born May 9, 1918, to Earl A. and Nancy E. (Carl) Brewer at Cashmere.

He attended Cashmere schools and graduated from high school in 1937. He also attended Edison Tech and Cornish College of Arts at Seattle and studied art from Robert Graves at Wenatchee Valley College, as well as several private art teachers such as Robert Thomas.

He married Lois B. Rogers on May 4, 1938, at Monitor. They lived at Wenatchee, Cashmere, Seattle and Hawaii.

He was part of a worldwide fellowship of Christians.

Mr. Brewer is survived by his wife Lois of the home; a daughter Sylvia Duncan of Las Vegas, Nev.; a brother Esto ``Duke'' Brewer of Carbonado; and two grandsons, Bradley Nelson of Oklahoma and Tony Fry of Spokane. He was preceded in death by a daughter Linda, four brothers and three sisters.
