Joseph Alexander Kadluboski May 30, 1923 ~ Jan. 30, 2009 Resident of Pleasanton Joe passed away peacefully in Pleasanton, CA, after a long battle with congestive heart failure. He was predeceased by his loving wife of almost 50 years, Edie Kadluboski. He leaves behind his only daughter Cheryl Cahill, son-in-law Patrick Cahill, and two grand sons, Brian and Kevin. Joe was a kind, fun-loving, and generous man with a big heart. He loved spending time with his family and many friends. He enjoyed all sports, especially golf, bowling and pool. He served in the Army in WWII and afterwards he began working for Southern Pacific Railroad where he worked until he retired 35 years later. A mass celebrating his life will be held at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 1315 Lomitas Ave., Livermore on Saturday, February 7th at 11:30 a.m. A reception will immediately follow at Borromeo Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Open Heart Kitchen, 1141 Catalina Dr., Livermore, CA 94550.
