Alvina L. Clark, age 90, of Portland, died October 6, 2005, at Highland Manor. Born on October 15, 1914, to the late Julius and Rosa Veeck. She is survived by her daughter, Judy (Jim) Culpepper of White House; grandchildren, Lori (Tom) Ballew of Moberly, Mo., Greg (Gayle) Culpepper of Thompsons Station, Tenn.; great grandchildren, Adrienne Stack, Chrystal Ballew, Bailey Culpepper, Taylor Culpepper. Visitation will be 3 p.m., until 8 p.m., Saturday, October 8, 2005, at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home, and 2 p.m., until funeral time on Sunday, October 9, 2005, at the church. Funeral service will be 3 p.m., Sunday, October 9, 2005, at Highland Seventh day Adventist Church with Pastor David Hartman and Pastor John Watkins officiating.
