Glen "Sadie" Averett, 75, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 1975 in Casper, Wyoming while visiting his daughter. He was born August 15, 1900 in Glendale, Utah the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Averett. Glen married Laura Cowley on November 2, 1935 in Billings, Montana. He was a member of the LDS Church. Veteran of WWI. He retired from Great Western Sugar Co.

Glen is survived by his daughter, Donna Street of Casper, Wyoming and a step-son, Don Cowley of Lovell, Wyoming; one brother, Myrle Averett of Lovell, Wyoming; one sister, Mrs. Elgin Brown of Lovell, Wyoming.

Services will be Friday, November 14, 1975 at 10:00 a.m. at the Lovell LDS Church with Bishop Chester Christiansen conducting. Burial will be in the Lovell Cemetery. Haskell Funeral Home of Lovell is in charge of arrangements.
