Burchard F James, 1608 Windale Drive, age 45. Passed away at St Luke's Hospital on Thursday, Dec 11, 1975. Mr James was born on Oct 7, 1930 in South Milwaukee and had lived there until moving to Racine 10 years ago. On August 19, 1961 in South Milwuakee, Mr James was united in marriage to Mary Ann Cerny. He had served in the Navy and was an Insurance District Representative for Aid Association for Lutherans. Mr James was a member of St Andrew Lutheran Church and was also a member of the Gideon Society. Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann; one son, Nathan and one daughter, Kristin, both at home; his mother, Mrs Margaret James of Oconomowoc, Wis; two sisters and two brothers-in-law, Mr and Mrs Raymond (Bernice) Czerwinski of Oconomowoc, Wis and Mr and Mrs Joseph (Nancy) Diderrich of Oconomowoc, Wis; one brother , Scott James of Oconomowoc, Wis, mother-in-law, Mrs Ruth Cerny of Racine; other nieces, nephew, relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at St Andrew Lutheran Church at 9 am on Saturday, Dec 13 wth the Rev Gerald Larson officiating. Interment will be at Graceland Crypts. Friends may call at the church from 8 am until time of services on Saturday. Memorials may be direct to St Andrew Lutheran Church.
