Funeral services for Steve Daniel "Boog" Griffin were conducted at 10
a.m. Tuesday, July 25, 2000, at the Farson-Eden High School in Farson.
The Rev. Ron Potter of the Covenant Reform Church in Carbondale, Pa.,
conducted the services. Interment was in the Eden Valley Cemetery.

Griffin, 15, of 291 Griffinsville Loop, Farson, died July 14, 2000,
following a boating accident on the Big Sandy Reservoir.

He was a lifetime resident of Farson.

Griffin was born Aug. 31, 1984, in Rock Springs, the son of Anthony
Daniel and Terri Lynne Robinson Griffin. He attended schools in Farson-Eden.

His pursuits included riding horses, motorcycles, roping, fishing and
spending time with his friends.

He is survived by his parents, Dan and Terri Griffin of Farson; one
brother, Brandon Griffin of Farson; one sister, Miranda Griffin of
Farson; paternal grandparents, Emmett O. Griffin Jr. of Farson and
Lorena A. Sailor of Osborne, Idaho; maternal grandparent, Steve A.
Robinson of Medicine Bow; great-grandmother, Reva Jackson of Medicine
Bow; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
