James Geier, of Monroeville, Is In Jail
James Geier, a young man whose home is at Monroeville, is at the county jail to await trial on the charge of beating his mother, an old lady. Geier was brought to Fort Wayne last night by a Monroeville officer. He had a preliminary hearing at that place yesterday and was bound over to the circuit court in the sum of $250. It is said Geier was drunk at the time and he showed signs of intoxication when taken to the jail.
