He was also a loving father to their children, Dan Abell of Santee, California, Rita Bielke of Austin, Texas, Duane Meserole of Lakeside, California, Doug Meserole of Idaho, Regina Ricard of Santee, California and sons-in-law, Tony Ricard & Guy Bielke. Charles was a loving, kind and nurturing husband, father, grandfather, son, brother & friend. He adored his grandchildren, Josh, Jami, Jack, Wade, Johnny & Lisa. He was loved by his many nieces and nephews. Charles also leaves behind his mother, Hattie Meserole of Santee & two brothers & three sisters & their families, Jean Tait of Albion Illinois, Joyce Swineheart Moore of El Cajon, Claribell Shaw of Illinois, Harold Meserole of Kansas & Eddie Meserole of Wisconsin. His loving presence was felt daily by his brother-in-law & sister-in-law, Donnie Mullis & Mary and Edwinmanygs are a testimonial to his loving gentle nature. Charles will be missed by his large family & many friends throughout California and several states, but his presence will be with us forever. Charles will be joining his father, Embree Meserole, who preceded him in death on 5/16/74. Memorial services will be held at Lakeside Mortuary on Wed, at 2 p.m.
