He was a native of Depauw, a retired mash operator for National Distillery in Frankfort, KY, an Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of Milltown American Legion Post #332 and St. Bernard Catholic Church in Frenchtown. Survivors include his wife, the former Wilma Davis; four sons, Kenneth Sieg of Sellersburg, Dennis Sieg of Hardinsburg, Steven Sieg of Jeffersonville and Harry Manus of Paoli; three daughters, Debra Moon of Paoli, Joyce Harris of Marengo and Sandy Foster; four sisters, Dorothy Byerley and Elizabeth Briscoe, both of Depauw, Margaret Kiesler of Jeffersonville and Elaine Sieg of Louisville; and 12 grandchildren. Services are 2 p.m. EDT tomorrow at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey, with burial in Hardinsburg Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. EDT today and after 10 a.m. EDT tomorrow.
