Nadine Wahl, 8, who suffered second degree burns over 70 percent of her body when her nightgown caught fire Oct. 30, died at noon Monday at Santa Rosa hospital.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Wahl, 402 Sandmeyer, Nadine was a third grade student at St. Patrick's Parochial school.
The nightgown, a gift on her birthday Oct. 29, caught fire while Nadine was standing near a gas heater.
