Henry had a sister, Matilda Lynch who married Robert Cochrane. See Find A Grave Memorial# 17984486. In a letter from Mrs. Ed. Lynch to Cecile Rabideau and Grace Dosdall August 8, 1962, Mabel Lynch says the following about Henry's brothers:
Wm Lynch died in Australia, George Lynch lived in Digby, Nova Scotia-Canada and one son Tom stayed in Ireland.

H.A. Lynch, another of the early settlers of Wabasha county, and one of the most prominent and prosperous farmers for these parts, passed from this earth at 3:30 o'clock this morning, dropsy being the fatal disease. Mr. Lynch had been confined to his bed about five weeks. The funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. The deceased was 75 years of age.
