Frank E. Uebe, 92, of Omaha, AR died Monday, September 27, 1999 at Berryville Healthcare Center following a short illness. Born August 24, 1907 at Burlington, AR he was a son of Carl and Sarah Uebe.

He owned and operated a canning factory in the Burlington Community during the 1940's, 50's, and 60's.

He was a member and deacon at the Burlington Baptist Church since 1930s.

Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Letha Grogan Uebe of the home; daughters Esther Uebe of Springdale, AR and Shirley Jordan of Green Forest, AR; seven grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and a half sister.

The service was Thursday, September 30 at 10 a.m. at the Burlington Baptist Church with Rev. Freddy Blevins officiating.

Pallbearers were Silby Estes, Richard Flippo, Gerald Pearson and Edward Edwards.

Honorary pallbearers were the deacons of the Burlington Baptist Church.
