George Jackson "Jackie" Neal, 64, of Bay Village departed this life on Thursday, Aug. 27, 2009, at Three Rivers Nursing Home in Marked Tree.
Jackie was born May 31, 1945, and was of the Baptist belief. He was a farmer until an accident in 1970 that left him disabled.
He was preceded in death by his son, John Worthy Neal; and father, George Worthy Neal.
Survivors include his mother, Mable Ludean Neal of Trumann; son, Donald Ray Neal of Harrisburg; daughter, Cindy Mross of Harrisburg; brother, Larry Neal of Marked Tree; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Sunday in Murphy Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday with Chuck Lewis and Tad Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in Potter Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Murphy Funeral Home.
