Adam Suppes, Sr. of Liebenthal died at 7:15 o'clock this morning at Baker Hospital at the age of 87 years. Mr. Suppes had been in ill health for almost three weeks. On February 1 he celebrated his 87th birthday and a few days later was taken to the hospital.

He is survived by seven sons, Casper, Sr. of Hays, Adam of Otis, Tom and Pete of LaCrosse, Joe and Jake of Liebenthal and John of Brighton, Colo. Four daughters also survive. They are Mrs. C.P. Schaffer and Mrs. Rudolf Dreher of Liebenthal, Mrs. Jacob J. Urban of Loretto and Mrs. Joe Weigel of Ellis. Other survivors include many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 8:30 Saturday morning at St. Joseph's Catholic Church at Liebenthal. Burial in Liebenthal cemetery.
