Note: This CSA stone is for Nathan Gibson who married Nancy Steen. He is the son of son of Aaron and Sarah Gibson. The Nathan Gibson who married Frances Copeland and Nathan Gibson who married Nancy Steen are two different people.

Note: There are two separate Nathan W. Gibson. I entered the death date for what's on the stone. The death date on the CSA marker request is different from what's on the stone. The date on the request is October 25, 1911. This request is made by his son Julius Bart Gibson. These two men have created a lot of confusion even in their own families when trying to get information on them.

Note: There is a CSA stone for Nathan W. Gibson at Cross Roads. The death date on the application for his CSA stone is July 22, 1911. The person requesting the stone is Robert Preston Gibson who is the son of Nathan William Gibson and Frances Copeland. So I believe the stone at Cross Roads is for this Nathan Gibson.

Other children of Nathan and Nancy:
Ella married John Solomon Watson
Fannie married Jesse Johnson
Laura born about 1874
