Mrs. Brockman was born Wilmadean D. Daniels on December 15, 1913, in rural Russell County, north of Luray, the daughter of George H. and Sarah Belle (Armsbury) Daniels.
She was a retired teacher; secretary and mother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred H. Brockman; a son, Edwin L. Heinze Jr.; and a daughter, Linda L. Thorn.
Survivors include a son, Daniels L. Heinze and wife Brenda of Phillipsburg; two stepsons, Jorgen L. Brockman and wife Patty of Topeka and Karry K. Brockman and wife Judy of Suwanne, Ga.; two daughters, Sonja A. Schultz of Circleville, Ohio, and Peggy S. Stull and husband Larry of Hays; a stepdaughter, Neva J. Bailey and husband Larry of River Forest, Ill.; two brothers, George Duane Daniels of Russell and Dwight C. Daniels and wife Ruth of St. Louis, Mo.; two sisters, Evelyn E. Smith of Oakland, Calif., and Beth M. Lake and husband John of Bluffton, S.C.; 18 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; four stepgrandchildren; 16 step-great-grandchildren; and six step-great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at University Methodist Church, 1509 S. Santa Fe, Salina. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.
