OBITUARY OF HEDWIG EMMA AUGUSTA OLLMAN JUNKER

Funeral services for Mrs. Gust Junker were conducted Thursday, July 12, 1945, at 1:30 p.m. in the home and in St. Paul's Lutheran Church at 2 p.m., Rev. Carl Mennicke officiating. Mrs. Carl Mennicke and Mrs. Martin Nimke sang one of her favorite songs, "The Lord Is My Shepherd."
Mrs. Margaret Nelson presided at the organ.

The pall bearers were Carl, Louis, and LaVerne Junker, Carl Schoepke, Art Schwanke and Adolph Bade. Many lovely flowers, beautiful gestures of remembrance and respect from relatives and friends.

Hedwig (Ollman) Junker was born March 24, 1881,umhaus zu Witznitz, Regenwalde, Germany. She was baptized on May 1, 1881, and united in marriage to Gustav Junker, January 19, 1900, at Witznitz, Germany. Nine children were born to this union, one daughter, Lydia, preceded her in death 12 years ago.

Burial was in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery in Varna, IL.
