Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Pat of Town of Mitchell; one son, Jeff (Angela) Puetz of Plymouth; one daughter, Angie Puetz of Plymouth; one granddaughter, Maddyson; his father, William H. Puetz of Town of Mitchell; brothers and sisters, William G. (Joann) Puetz of Parnell, Richard (Lois) Puetz of Parnell, Shelley (Kim) Aslaksen of Muskego, WI, Mark Puetz of Milwaukee ; two brothers-in-law, James Lieffring (special friend, Goldie) of Arkansaw, WI, Paul Lieffring of Boyd, WI; one sister-in-law, Joan (Bill) Sweeney of Green Valley, AZ.He was preceded in death by his mother- and father-in-law, George and Louise Lieffring.
Burial will be in St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery in the Town of Mitchell.
