In the 1930 census, this couple APPEAR to be using an alias, that is the only conclusion i can come up with to explain it. Their children James, Ernest, May, Dorothy & Phala are all living in Clarksburg Wv in an apparent boarding house since they are listed as "roomer". However the parents names are Matthew & Alberta Boggs. Albert doesnt have any brothers by that name, i thought perhaps they was staying with a relative for a spell. The estimated birth years for this couple are the same as Albert & Mary. Why they might be using an alias in 1930 but everything is normal in the other census years is a mystery to me. If anyone can clear it up or know who the Matthew & Alberta Boggs might be, please let me know.
