He was preceded in death by his parents; Phyllis; and one grandson.
Surviving are his three sons, Gregg (Shannon) Stewart, Scott (Angela) Stewart and Terry Lee Stewart Jr.; two daughters, Misty (Lewis) Clay and Tabitha Stewart; three brothers, Robert Steven (Joyce) Stewart, Jimmy Stewart and David Stewart; many grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews. Also surviving is Billy (Cari) Bolen Sr., who Terry treated as a son.
