Rites Held For Mrs. Schroeder
Funeral services were held today, Tuesday, at 2 p.m. from the Buffington Funeral chapel in Yoakum for Mrs. Max S. Schroeder of Yoakum, who died in a rest home in that city at 12:25 a.m. Monday. Burial will follow in the Kinkler cemetery near Hallettsville.
Mrs. Schroeder was born April 21,1887. She was preceded in death by her husband on January 25, 1972.
Survivors are two sons, Alfred of Yoakum and O. W. Schroeder of Corpus Christi; three daughters, Mrs. Ann Gerlick, Mrs. Lena Edwards, both of Houston; and Mrs. Tillie Marrou, Gonzales. She was preceded in death by a son and a daughter.
