PARNELL W. "PERK" FUELLING, 74, died Sunday at Hospice Home of Northeast Indiana. Born in Allen County, he was a Monroeville resident. He was a retired Monroe Township farmer and also retired in 1983 from the West Allen County Highway Department after 25 years. Surviving are three daughters, Joyce L. Cirillo of Fort Wayne, Lona K. Parker of Decatur and Brenda S. Wolff of Monroeville; two grandsons; and two great-grandchildren. Services at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Marquart and Jacobs Funeral Home, Monroeville. Calling from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. today. Burial in Monroeville Memorial Cemetery. Memorials to Hospice Home of Northeast Indiana.
