Angelina Kosloski, lifelong Valley resident
Hadley - Angelina M Kosloski, 86, a longtime Hadley resident, died Saturday, Dec 5 2010, at Cooley Dickinson Hospital.
Born in Amherst on Nov 20, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Angelina (Cardile) Battistoni, stepdaughter of the late Philip Russo. She was a communicant of Most Holy Redeemer Church and the VFW auxiliary. She loved cooking, crocheting and knitting but the most important thing to her was her family.
She is survived by her husband, Stanley J Kosloski, Sr; four daughters, Dolores McCulloch, Susan Zuraw and her husband William, Barbara Kosloski, and Joyce Rudzik and her husband, Steven; three sons, Stephen Kosloski, David Kosloski, and Walter Kosloski; three sisters, Frances Sansone, Madeline McCarty and her husband, William, and Dolores Young; 12 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Stanley Jr., her brother John Battistoni, her sister Dorothy Kazimer and her two grandsons, Matthew Kosloski and Peter Rudzik.
Funeral servies will be Thursday, Dec 9, at 10:30 a.m. from the Douglass Funeral Service, Amherst, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. in Most Holy Redeemer Church, Hadley. Burial will follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Hadley. Calling hours will be Wednesday, Dec 8, from 5-8 p.m. at the Douglass Funeral Service.
