Ruth is survived by her aunt, Olga Tesch of Brenham; brother-in-law Bennie Emshoff of Brenham of Brenham; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Elmo and Bertha Emshoff of Austin; nieces, Judy Rothmeier and husband Lloyd of Grand Rapids, Minn.; Linda Knipstein and husband Gary of Brenham, Tina Russ and husband Robert Hallettsville; nephews, Freddie Rau and wife Gloria of Burnsville, Minn., Glenn Emshoff of Sugarland, David Emshoff and wife Pam of Cedar Park; godson, Erik Rothmeier; and numerous great-neices and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

There will be a visitation from 9:30-11 a.m., Thursday Dec. 13, 2012 at Faith Lutheran Church, 4600 Bellaire Blvd. followed by a 11 a.m. funeral service officiated by Pastor Kerry Nelson. Interment will be at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Faith House Ministry at Faith Lutheran Church or Hospice Brazos Valley, 302 E. Blue Bell Rd Brenham, Texas 777833.
