William E. Kreiser Sr., 72, of 431 E. Weidman St. died Tuesday in Good Samaritan Hospital.
He was the caretaker of the Fourth Avenue Laundromat; retired from the Susan Garment Factory; a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church and its consistory, Annville VFW, Friendship Fire Company and Senior Center; and a World War II Army Veteran and recipient of two Purple Hearts.
He was the widower of Theresa F. Tillinger Kreiser. Surviving are a son, William E. Jr. of Lebanon; a stepson, Mathias Tillinger of Lebanon; two brothers, Marlin and Paul, both of Lebanon; two sisters, Betty Pushkar and Marian Sando, both of Lebanon; a granddaughter, a stepgrandson; and a great-grandson.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in his church. Burial will be in St. Gertrude's Cemetery.
Viewing will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Friday in the church.
