Mary Imogene McDaniel Fleischmann, 87 of 1827 Cecelia Court, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at Bon Harbor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Owensboro. She was born June 19, 1919 to the late Hilary Oswald Knott and Joanna Mae (Elder) Knott. She was preceded in death by her first husband, S.K. (Mac) McDaniel, February 1989 and her second husband, Oscar Fleischmann, March, 2001 and her daughter, Joanna Mae Allen, November 8, 2003; four brothers, Cletus Knott, Carl Knott, Leo Knott and Larry Knott. Survivors include two daughters, Rose (Rinaldo) Aquino of Canton, Ohio and Dessie Clark of Owensboro; one sister, Merici MacPherson of Bloomington, IN and one brother, Bernard Knott of Westbrook, Maine; thirteen grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews. Services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, November 10, 2006 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Alphonsus Cemetery, St. Joseph, Ky. Visitation is from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 9 to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Prayers will be said at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
