Thomas Roland Bieber, 66, died Wednesday, October 24, 2007 at his home. Funeral services were held Monday, October 29 at Gearhart Funeral Home, Anoka, Minnesota. Interment was in Rose Dell Lutheran Cemetery, Jasper. Thomas was born September 13, 1941 in Jasper to Thomas and Grace Bieber. He attended and graduated from Jasper Public Schools. He received a bachelor of science degree from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD and spent many years in laser research at the University of Minnesota and Honeywell. He is survived by a sister, Twilla Peterson, Minot, ND; a brother, Duane (Pat) Biever, Andover; and nephews Channing (Molly) Schmidt, Edina; Chadwyn Schmidt, Minot and Jonathon Peterson, Minot. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Grace Bieber; and brothers-in-law, Russell K. Schmidt and Dr Myron D. Peterson.
