Frank Carl Osterbur of Gifford, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010, at Heartland Healthcare in Paxton.
He was born in Ogden Township Sept. 22, 1920 to Carl and Trientje (Ackerman) Osterbur. He married Annetta Louise Bruns on April 8, 1945. She survives.
Also surviving are three children, Darlene Osterbur of Rantoul, Barbara Osterbur of Rantoul, and Dennis (Sharon) Osterbur of Gifford; two grandchildren, Tammy (Troy) Vallee of Ogden and Dallas Osterbur of Penfield; three great-grandaughters, Jordyn, Macy, and Payton of Ogden and two brothers, Eilert Osterbur of Royal and Elmer Osterbur of St. Joseph.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Clarence Osterbur and Donald Osterbur and a sister, Tena Osterbur.
