THREE OAKS Mrs. Felix A. (Anna R.) Schmidt, 66, of 502 Hickory street, Three Oaks, died at 5:15 a.m. Wednesday in Memorial hospital, Michigan City, Ind, She had been in ill health for several weeks.
Mrs. Schmidt was born March 3, 1900, in Russia, the daughter of Jacob and Margaret Reifschneider. She was married on Oct. 13, 1934 to Felix A. Schmidt in Chicago.
She had lived in Three Oaks most of her life and was a member of the Women's Guild and Embroidery Club of St, John's United Church of Christ Survivors include her husband; one son, William of Midland, Mich., and four sisters, Mrs. Margaret Herdt of Chicago, Mrs. George (Katherine) Lake of Three Oaks, Mrs. Raymond (Elizabeth) Diedrick of Lakeside, and Mrs. Oliver (Emily) Anderson of Rochester, Mich.
Funeral services-will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the St. John's United Church of Christ, Three Oaks, of which she was a member. The Rev. Richard F. Arent, pastor, will officiate.
Burial will be in Forest Lawn cemetery, south of Three Oaks. Friends may call at the Connelly-Noble funeral home, Three Oaks, beginning at 12 noon Thursday until 12 noon Saturday.
