Mr. Harvey J Faile died at his home near Flat Creek about 1 o'clock a.m., last Saturday after an illness of two weeks of typhoid fever. He was about 42 years of age and leaves surviving him a widow and four or five children. He was a son of Mr. J. Thomas Faile and brother of Mr. John R. Faile, Benjamin F. Faile, Mrs T. A. McManus, Mrs James Faile, and Mrs. J. E. McManus. He was a member of the Baptist church and an honest, conscientious, peaceable, good citizen. For the past few months he has been engaged on the State constabulary force. His remains were interred in the family burying ground near the John C Blackmons Saturday afternoon.
