Dortha Nell Wentz passed away Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, with her family by her side.
Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Peace Lutheran Church, Hurst. Interment: Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Pottsville. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst.
Dottie was born July 25, 1934, the youngest daughter of Oscar and Julia Zschiesche Gromatzky of Pottsville. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Lou Ella Stephens; and her brothers, Wilburn "Friday" and Cecil Gromatzky.
Survivors: Her husband of 42 years, Robert L. Wentz; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
