Services will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at 2:00PM in the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow, with Ray Christian officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow, OK.
Peggy was born Tuesday, May 11, 1943 in Sheboygan, WI, to John Jerk and Mariam (Lawrence) Jerk . Peggy had lived in Marlow for the last fifteen to eighteen years. She moved to Marlow from Las Vegas. Peggy loved to do needlepoint, crochet, and work crossword puzzles. She also enjoyed doing matchstick art. Peggy was an avid cook and enjoyed spending time in the kitchen. She was of the Lutheran faith.
Survivors include, husband, Michael Tow of the home, 3 sons, Robert Michael Miller and wife Mellissa of Marlow, Raymond Matheny and wife Bonnie of Duncan, Thomas Matheny and wife Alice of Marlow, 5 daughters, Jane Katherine Peddycoart and husband Rodney of Marlow, daughter, Dera Lynn Harris of Duncan, daughter, Teresa Macey and husband Tim of San Antonio, TX, daughter, Dawn Barnes and husband Robby of Marlow, daughter, Barbara Peddycoart and husband Jerimy of Marlow, 29 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, brother, James Stegemeyer and wife Barbara of San Antonio, TX , 2 sisters, Alice Ray Ortega and husband Jesse of San Antonio, TX, sister, Mary Lou Anderson and husband Larry of Stillwell, OK, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, son, Robert Matheny, granddaughter, Johna Miller, grandson, Jacob Miller.
