Mrs. John Mims, 60, widow of the prominent hotel man of Luray, was found dead in her room at the hotel Tuesday.
She was lying on the floor and had bled to death from an arm wound Dr. Vergil Hammer, coroner, said was self-inflicted. The physician attributed her act to despondency over the death of her husband who died in September.
